3-dimensional environment
-THE UNIVERSE-
For me, this was the first contact to make a 3d model, so I decided to start with a slightly simpler shape. Then I started searching for inspiration for modeling. What can make people feel the environment is big? The first thing I can think of is the universe! So I started looking for some 3d universe videos to watch.
Suddenly I felt that this kind of lens slowly moving across each planet felt very good. So I decided to draw my idea first.

At first, what I wanted to do was a whole new universe, and each planet was made my way. What I want is that the shapes of the planet and glass beads and candy are similar, so I want to make the planets in the universe look like glass beads and candy. This makes people feel very dreamy. The universe is far from us, so we often imagined the Milky Way when we were young.
Originally I wanted to add some garbage to the universe and merge a certain planet with garbage. I wanted to express the consequences that human activities may have on the universe … But later in the production process, I felt that garbage would Destroyed the overall beauty, so did not add this idea into it. Like this:

Burning fuse on garbage planet in outer space
At the beginning, I set the approximate position, used the trajectory to draw several concentric circles around a sphere, and then placed other balls on those trajectories.

The next thing is to think about how to make the sphere into my imaginary planet.
I want the sun in the middle to feel both light-emitting and glass beads. So l search the coloured glass lamp.
It feels like this, I use the football model as the sun, and let it feel like a glass block, and then I first select a mosaic color block and wrap it around the football to adjust its transparency. Then put a crimson outer glow ball of the same shape inside. So there is this feeling of coloured glass lights.
I also made balls with different textures, because at the beginning I thought that the Milky Way was the sun, so I didn’t plan to use other balls as luminous bodies.
But I found that if the light was not added, the surrounding planet would look a little dim, and the beauty of its color would not be seen.

So I replaced the ball with something that could glow outside.
This overall looks refreshing. At the same time, I have added some smaller radius spheres around the planet and emit faint light, just like those unknown planets in the galaxy dotted the entire universe.
Because of time, I originally wanted to take the camera around each planet to take close-ups, but in the end I decided to change the camera route to take a circle around all the planets.
Final Work

I use slow and fluid lenses to try to bring people into this universe.
